The construction works of a new oil refinery by SOCAR-TURCAS Joint Venture in Aliagha region of Izmir (Turkey) moved to a new step. Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) granted a license to SOCAR-TURCAS Joint Venture in this connection.
