JSC «Eastern Energy Company» (Russian operator within the project on electric power export to China, 100% subsidiary of JSC «INTER RAO UES») plans to export over 1 bln. kWh of electric power to People's Republic of China in 2010.
This is the next stage in the realisation of the top-priority direction of the investment project of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”- construction of power block No.1 of “Krasnoyarskaya CPH-3” branch.
Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation and En+ Group established a joint venture OAO AKME-engineering. The 50/50 JV will design and produce a prototype 100 MW lead-bismuth fast reactor (SVBR-100) with a view of commercializing the technology.

In 2009, total production by the Holding Company’s hydropower plants amounted to 81,608 million kWh — a 1.7% increase compare to 2008. Electricity output went up by 1.8% to reach 80,112 million kWh.
The facilities of TGC-2 in 2009 generated 9 386,9 mln. KWh of power, which is 10,9% low than the amount in 2008. At the same time useful output constituted 7 952, 6 mln. KWh, which is low the results of the previous year by 11,7%.
