In Shanghai, the Federal Grid Company (FGC) and the State Grid Corporation (SGC) of China signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement. The document was signed by Deputy Chairman of JSC “FGC UES” Mr. Roman Berdnikov and Deputy Director General of SGC of China Mr Shu Inbao.
