The Board of Directors resolved to convene the annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom on June 25, 2010 in Moscow.
In 2009, total production by the Holding Company’s hydropower plants amounted to 81,608 million kWh — a 1.7% increase compare to 2008. Electricity output went up by 1.8% to reach 80,112 million kWh.
The facilities of TGC-2 in 2009 generated 9 386,9 mln. KWh of power, which is 10,9% low than the amount in 2008. At the same time useful output constituted 7 952, 6 mln. KWh, which is low the results of the previous year by 11,7%.
A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on February 4, at 10:00am Moscow time. The meeting agenda is to include the following items:
