Agreement on long-term cooperation reached between EMALLIANCE and “VO “Technopromexport”

This Memorandum is aimed at the development of long-term mutually beneficial efficient cooperation. Both Companies are planning to jointly participate in implementation of energy sector construction projects in Russia, the former Soviet Union republics, Balkan Region, Near East, Africa, South & South-East Asia and Latin America.
The Memorandum makes provision for possible participation of EMAlliance as boiler island supplier No.1 for thermal power stations in the projects undertaken by TEP.  In addition to the supplies, within the framework of their obligations, EMAlliance can be involved in project engineering, supplies of all parts within the boiler island up to and including erection supervision.
Based on the Memorandum’s Articles, the parties intend to inform each other about promising investment projects in the energy sector and render mutual support in concluding other contracts and agreements aimed at the fulfillment of the above signed document.
At present, works on preparation and coordination of list of future-oriented projects to be jointly implemented are in progress.
Commenting the signing of this Memorandum, General Director of EMAlliance Levan Dzigua notes that the cooperation with “VO “Technopromexport” makes it possible for the Company primarily to strengthen its strategic positions on international markets. “Taking into account the Technopromexport’s vast experience and references on the world market, it's safe to say that EMAlliance has been succeeded in identifying the most reliable partner in order to implement the most complex projects on the basis of modern Russian national technologies in the area of engineering, manufacturing and complete supplies of boiler island equipment for thermal power generation”, is stressed by him.
